Birthrights appoints Clinical Advisory Network

In response to our inclusion goals, the challenging external environment, the complexity of need we have seen through our advice work, and the evident appetite from a wider range of healthcare professionals to contribute to our mission, we are pleased to have appointed a brand-new Clinical Advisory Network. The Network, which met for the first time this month, is a multi-disciplinary group ranging from midwives through to clinical psychologists, and will help us develop and drive forward our work.

We are still looking for a GP, sonographer, social worker and consultant obstetrician. If that’s you and you are interested in joining the Clinical Advisory Network, please download the role description for more details on how to apply.

Do you work with pregnant women and birthing people?

Our training equips doctors, midwives and other birth workers with knowledge of the law and human rights principles, an understanding of how to apply it in practice, and the ability to communicate effectively with women and birthing people in a way that upholds their human rights. We offer a 10% discount to multidisciplinary teams.
